Just enough cookies.
A short list of what we set in your browser, what each does, and how to opt out.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file a website saves in your browser. It lets us remember things between visits — like whether you're logged in, your theme preference, or which language you've chosen.
Cookies we use
- Session cookie — keeps you logged in. Expires when you close your browser. Strictly necessary.
- CSRF token — protects forms from cross-site request forgery. Strictly necessary.
- Theme preference — stores light/dark mode choice. Optional.
- Analytics — anonymised aggregate stats so we know which pages help learners. Optional, GDPR-compliant.
How to disable
Every modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) lets you block all cookies, block third-party cookies, or clear existing cookies. The platform will still load — but staying logged in won't work without the session cookie.
Updates
If we add a new cookie type, this page is updated and you're notified by email if you have an account.
